The service
Spotless Proof lets you document cleaning jobs with photos and share reports. Without a plan, everything works on your device. A plan adds cloud backup, private client links and, on Team, up to 3 people (including the owner).
Plans and billing
- Solo: 1 person, 5 GB of photo storage for the company. Team: up to 3 people including the owner, 20 GB. Prices are shown in the app by the App Store or Google Play in your currency.
- Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged by the store. Refunds follow the store's policies.
- If you cancel, the plan stays until the end of the paid month (or of the free trial). When a plan ends, backup and new client links pause; your data is not deleted because of that.
- New Solo subscribers who are eligible under App Store or Google Play rules get a 14-day free trial. You subscribe in the store when the trial starts; if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the store charges the monthly price and the subscription renews. Cancelling during the trial means nothing is charged. The store decides eligibility; Team has no free trial.
- Free trials granted earlier by the app without a card (14 days, 100 MB) run until their end date and do not renew.
Your content
You own the photos and data you add and are responsible for having the right to photograph the places and share reports with your clients. Do not upload unlawful content.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in secure. The company owner manages the plan and the people in the company. You can delete your account at any time.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, Spotless Proof is provided “as is”.

Sem plano, tudo funciona no aparelho. Os planos são mensais: Solo (1 pessoa, 5 GB) e Team (até 3 pessoas incluindo o dono, 20 GB), com preço exibido pela App Store ou Google Play na sua moeda. A assinatura renova automaticamente até ser cancelada nas configurações da loja, com pelo menos 24 horas de antecedência. Ao cancelar, o plano vale até o fim do mês pago; ao terminar, backup e novos links pausam e os dados não são apagados por isso. Novos assinantes do Solo elegíveis pelas regras da App Store ou Google Play têm 14 dias grátis: a assinatura é feita na loja no início do teste e, se não for cancelada até 24 horas antes do fim, a loja cobra o valor mensal e a assinatura renova. Cancelar durante o teste não gera cobrança. A loja decide a elegibilidade; o Team não tem teste grátis.
