Who we are

Spotless Proof is an app for cleaning businesses to photograph rooms before and after a job and share a report with their client. Contact: support@spotlessproof.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email, name (if your sign-in provider shares it), and the sign-in methods you use (email and password, Google, Apple).
• Company content: company name, jobs, client names and addresses you type, checklists and the photos you take. Without an account, this stays only on your device.
• Client report links: the client email you enter, so we can send them a one-time code. Clients do not create an account.
• Team: the emails of people you invite and who joined your company.
• Subscriptions: a record of your App Store or Google Play subscription (product, status, renewal date). We never see your card or payment details.

We do not use advertising, tracking across apps, or sell any data.

How we use it

Only to run the service: sign-in, back up your jobs, send report codes and team invites, apply your plan and storage limit, and keep the service secure (for example, rate limits).

Where it is stored and who processes it

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions), in the United States.
• Resend, to deliver report codes and invites by email.
• Apple and Google, for sign-in and in-app subscriptions.

How long we keep it

While your account exists. After a free trial granted earlier by the app ends without a plan, cloud copies are kept at least 60 days.

Deleting your account

• Owner of a company only you use: we delete the company with its jobs, photos, client links and pending invites.
• Owner of a company other people still use: deletion is blocked until you remove them in Account › People.
• Member of someone else's company: you leave it; jobs and photos you added stay with that company and its owner.

Your sign-in methods are removed and Sign in with Apple access is revoked. We keep a one-way hash of your email (so the free trial cannot be taken again) and, if you subscribed in a store, the subscription record (store transaction ID, product, status, dates) with your former account ID, company ID and the billing token sent to the store, so the subscription cannot be claimed by another account. These records contain no name, email or payment details.

Your choices

You can use the app without an account. You can delete your account in the app (Account › Delete account) or at /delete-account. Cancelling a store subscription is done in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Children

Spotless Proof is a business tool and is not directed at children.

O Spotless Proof é um app para empresas de limpeza fotografarem ambientes antes e depois do serviço e compartilharem um relatório com o cliente. Contato: support@spotlessproof.com.

Coletamos: e-mail, nome (se o provedor de login enviar) e métodos de login; dados da empresa (nome, serviços, nome e endereço de clientes, checklists, fotos); e-mail do cliente para enviar o código do relatório; e-mails das pessoas convidadas para a equipe; registro da assinatura da App Store ou Google Play (sem dados de pagamento). Sem conta, tudo fica só no aparelho.

Não usamos publicidade, rastreamento entre apps nem vendemos dados. Usamos os dados apenas para operar o serviço.

Armazenamento: Google Firebase (EUA); e-mails pelo Resend; login e assinaturas pela Apple e Google.

Retenção: enquanto a conta existir. Ao excluir a conta: se você é dono de uma empresa usada só por você, apagamos a empresa, serviços, fotos, links e convites; se outras pessoas ainda usam a empresa, a exclusão fica bloqueada até você removê-las; se você é membro da empresa de outra pessoa, você sai dela e o que adicionou fica com a empresa. Mantemos um hash do e-mail (evita um segundo teste grátis) e, se houve assinatura na loja, o registro dela (identificador da transação, produto, situação, datas) com o antigo ID da conta, o ID da empresa e o token de cobrança, sem nome, e-mail ou dados de pagamento.

Exclusão: no app (Conta › Delete account) ou em /delete-account. Assinaturas são canceladas nas configurações da App Store ou Google Play.
